Green Choice Philippines continues to advocate sustainable consumption and production through its initiatives on product criteria development, certification, and promotional activities.
The programme is revising its Food Service Establishment Criteria in order to promote sustainability in the tourism industry. The revision is currently under stakeholder’s consultation in lieu to the Sustainable Diner Project spearheaded by World Wildlife Fund-- Philippines and the Philippine Center for Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development, Inc (PCEPSDI).
The Sustainable Diner Project aims to promote sustainable dining practices and make the Philippines’ food service industry more environmentally friendly.
